Silz Against Investor Models — Spatial Planning Agreement with Vaya

The municipality of Silz and the investor group Vaya have concluded a spatial planning agreement. Mag. Martin Fuith, LL.M. explained the details of this agreement to the municipal council, which can serve as a model for dealing with investor models in Tyrolean municipalities.
