Lecture by Dr. Axel Fuith in Adelboden, Switzerland

At the University of Bern symposium on Switzerland's Second Homes Act, Dr. Axel Fuith lectured on land transfer law in Austria. The Berner Oberländer newspaper reported on the event, which also featured Prof. Stephan Wolf and Prof. Beat Stalder. Switzerland has approximately 500,000 second homes, and the act limits their share to a maximum of 20% per municipality.
