Constitutional Court Annuls Innsbruck Development Plan

The Constitutional Court, on application by the AK Tirol represented by Dr. Axel Fuith, annulled building boundary lines in the supplementary development plan HU-B1/1 of the City of Innsbruck as unconstitutional. A landmark success for the rights of property owners in planning proceedings.
