Amendment of the Tyrolean Land Transfer Act

Three important developments in Tyrolean land transfer law: the auction of a purported secondary residence was declared impermissible, the Constitutional Court invalidated the approval requirement for adverse possession, and Tyrol planned to amend the Land Transfer Act for 2012.
