When acquiring co-ownership of agricultural or forestry land, provided the other conditions are met, the purchaser is not even required to declare that proper cultivation is secured — a privilege the firm regards as unjustified.

When acquiring a co-ownership share in agricultural or forestry land, provided the other conditions are satisfied, the purchaser is not even required to declare that proper cultivation is secured.

In the firm's view, this constitutes an unjustified privilege vis-a-vis purchasers who are not already co-owners of agricultural or forestry properties.
