A requirement constitutes the threshold of 8 % proportion of leisure residences in the respecitve community, which must not be exceeded.

In Hoch-Imst a hotel shall be demolished. The house was built in the 70`s, but the construction of the interiour has never been completed. The owner family deems the demolition notice to be pure arbitrariness and expropriation.
